Our Rainbow Trout.

Our trout come from the Katrinasrust Trout farm , one of the oldest commercial trout hatcheries in the country, where they produce the best quality fish in the most pristine conditions. We carefully transport our trout fingerlings and raise them in clear clean well-oxengated water that is colder in temperature.
